Please be advised that on March 11 th beginning at 8:30 a.m., the stripes on the Franklin Mills parking lot and the curbing will be repainted. All vehicles in the lot will need to be moved while that section is being worked on. You must either remove your vehicle for the duration of the project or be available and able to move your vehicle when work begins. As a courtesy, the painters will knock on doors to let people know before they begin work on a side, but it is NOT their responsibility to make sure your vehicle is moved. Vehicles that are in the way of the painters will be towed at owners’ expense. This job is weather permitting, so please check the website for updates regarding this project.
Payment can be made directly to Pinnacle Property Management via check, credit card, ACH (automated clearing house) or through your portal.
Please include your account number when making a payment to ensure that your payment is applied to your account.
BALTIMORE COUNTY ISSUE
Baltimore County Government has a website to report any county issues. You can report a downed county sign, a utility issue, alert authorities to graffiti, and countless other items. Please note that items within the community are association maintained. Should you have a question regarding maintenance responsibility, please contact Pinnacle Property Management.
BGE LIGHTING ISSUE
Any street light outages can be reported directly to BGE. BGE offers an on line reporting system to expedite any lighting issues.
